Meet our Family!!

Hello!! I am Lakietha, the driving force behind Kentuckiana Poodles. My partner, Zack, and I are proud parents to a delightful 4year-old boy named Colt. Along with running a grooming salon in our hometown, we prioritize grooming for all puppies, particularly poodles and doodles, starting at a young age to ensure they have a positive experience during their spa days. During the 2020 Covid shutdown, despite allergies in our family, we came across an adorable cream goldendoodle puppy on Facebook. After convincing Zack, we welcomed this furry friend into our lives, and he has truly been a blessing. As we settled into our new home with more space, we decided to expand our fur family with a poodle. These dogs have captured our hearts and we have fallen in love with their unique personalities. Their hypoallergenic qualities have been a huge bonus for us. Inspired by the joy our pets have brought us, we decided to share that happiness with other families, leading to the creation of Kentuckiana Poodles.
